ACS offer a comprehensive service to ensure that not only do you have the correct paperwork required for a farm audit but also that your site and facilities are compliant with general legislation and any specific protocols against which you may be being inspected

Assurance schemes covered include: Red Tractor, GLOBALG.A.P, Field 2 Fork, LEAF MARQUE, FIAS & TASCC plus completion of supplier questionnaires.

In addition to the internal pre-audit, we can also be present on the day of the farm audit and will also deal with any non-conformances which may arise.

Agricultural Compliance

There is no escaping cross compliance and the concern that you may not have the correct records if you were to be inspected.

We can carry out a comprehensive inspection against cross compliance requirements, help with records and check features on site to ensure full compliance in this area.

Countryside stewardship

Whether you are considering entering into a countryside stewardship agreement for the first time or renewing an existing agreement we can provide support from the application stage, through implementation of features to annual ongoing management.

When advising on these schemes we will take into account regional species and habitat targets set by Natural England as well as operational practicalities and efficiencies of your farm to enable the right feature to be located in the best space.

LEAF

Are you interested in improving the environmental credentials of your business to impact on both the environment in which you operate and your profits?

Being involved in LEAF is a good place to start. The LEAF sustainable farm review is a good tool to help any farmer benchmark their current practices against best practice.

You may already be LEAF members but want to move to the next level by becoming LEAF marque accredited or be more involved in promoting farming and LEAF to the public but don’t know where to start or simply haven’t got the resource to implement it.

We can provide help with carrying out the LEAF sustainable farm review and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring you meet all the requirements for the LEAF Marque audit or help with arrangements for farm visits or open farm Sunday.

Food Safety

It is good practice that all food related businesses should have a HACCP identifying at every stage of the process all hazards associated with their product and process, showing how these will be eliminated or minimised.

Red Tractor standards now request this as a basic requirement as awareness of food provenance and food safety increases.

We can undertake BRC pre-audits of sites, facilities and ll paperwork in order to identify non-conformances and rectify these prior to a full audit.
